Skaters Atlas, an online video magazine for skateboarding culture produced from 2011 - 2015. Matthew Phipps started the project in 2011 in Vienna, Austria and soon recruited Julien Eckes (Germany) whose creativity and ingenuity helped create and solidify the idea and web presence. Together they presented the project at the Bright Trade Show in Berlin on July 4th, 2012. Together they formed an international skateboard video platform that was shown in 100+ countries on six different continents. Matthew went on produced ten issues in those years in diverse cities all around the world. The project lives on today and can be accessed by all interested in skateboarding and culture on a global scale.
